Qualysure assists by facilitating tender meetings ensuring only reputable contractors are used in the quotation process. The contractors are vetted ensuring strict compliance to certain industry criteria.

Tender Facilitation:

• From preparation to handover, the project is closely monitored ensuring strict adherence to the assembled specifications.
• Progress reports are generated and submitted weekly keeping all parties up to date on the general progress.
• Before the project commences, work plans are requested from the appointed contractor to monitor and ensure adherence thereto.

Quality Assurance:

On successful completion of the project, Qualysure will sign off the work and request that the guarantees from the various manufacturers involved are released.
